The pad/shells for The Kinetic Pad inserts are made by Claudia Jones of Cozy Horse . She also makes beautiful horse blankets.

The shells are available in a shaped English, square Western, rounded Barrel or various endurance shapes. The top is cordura with color options of red, royal blue, hunter green, forrest green, teal, purple, black, burgundy and navy (ask for availability if color and time are crucial). The bottom is either cotton, maize (synthetic wool in natural or black) or 100% wool.

The opening for the inserts is at the front so that the center seam, which is sewn flat, is as uncomplicated as possible to ensure no rubbing on the spine. The center seam is a soft cotton/poly weave. All shells are designed to remove pressure from the top of the wither. Billet keepers may be requested in either standard nylon or openable via Velcro.

It is possible to custom size the shells to fit your saddle (along with the inserts) but there may be an additional cost. Measurements are useful if we don`t already have your style of saddle on pattern.
